warm.snap은 사용자가 앱과 문의 양식을 이용할 때 어떤 정보를 처리하는지 투명하게 안내합니다. 앱은 계정 가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다.

1. 앱에서 처리하는 정보

사진과 사진 보관함

촬영한 사진은 사용자의 기기에서 처리한 뒤 시스템 사진 보관함에 저장합니다.

warm.snap 운영자는 촬영한 사진을 별도 서버로 전송하거나 열람하지 않습니다. 사진 보관함에는 사진을 추가하기 위한 권한만 요청합니다.

사용자가 iCloud 사진을 켜둔 경우 촬영한 사진이 Apple 서비스로 동기화될 수 있습니다. 이 동기화는 사용자의 Apple 계정과 기기 설정에 따라 처리되며, warm.snap 운영자가 관리하지 않습니다.

위치 정보

사용자가 위치 메타데이터 기능을 켜고 iOS 위치 권한을 허용한 경우에만 현재 위치를 사진의 메타데이터에 기록합니다.

정확한 위치는 사용자의 기기에서만 사진에 기록합니다. warm.snap 운영자 또는 Firebase Analytics로 전송하지 않습니다.

Firebase Analytics에는 위치 기능의 활성화 여부와 사진 저장 결과가 이벤트 상태로 기록될 수 있습니다. 정확한 좌표는 포함하지 않습니다.

앱 사용 분석 정보

warm.snap은 앱의 사용 흐름과 촬영 신뢰성을 확인하기 위해 Google Firebase Analytics를 사용합니다.

다음 정보가 수집될 수 있습니다.

  • 앱 실행, 세션과 화면 이용 정보
  • 카메라·사진·위치 권한의 요청 및 결과
  • Original·Everyday 톤 선택과 변경
  • 촬영 및 사진 저장 결과
  • 사진 비율, 플래시, 줌과 같은 기능의 이용 정보
  • 촬영 실패 단계와 오류 코드
  • 앱 버전, 기기 모델과 범주, 운영체제 버전, 언어
  • 앱 인스턴스 ID와 IDFV
  • 인터넷 프로토콜 주소에서 파생된 대략적인 위치

분석 정보는 앱 인스턴스 또는 기기 식별자와 연결되어 같은 설치의 세션과 이벤트를 구분할 수 있습니다. 이름, 이메일 또는 사용자 계정과는 연결하지 않습니다.

warm.snap은 Firebase Analytics에서 다음 기능을 사용하지 않습니다.

  • IDFA를 이용한 광고 식별
  • Google Ads
  • Google Signals

사용자가 warm.snap 문의 양식을 제출하면 다음 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

  • 문의 유형과 문의 내용
  • warm.snap을 알게 된 경로
  • 답장을 받을 이메일 주소
  • 사용자가 선택해서 첨부한 스크린샷 또는 화면 녹화

문의 양식은 앱 외부의 Tally 서비스에서 제공합니다. 첨부 파일에는 사진, 이름, 위치와 같은 개인정보가 포함되지 않도록 필요한 부분을 가린 뒤 제출해 주세요.

2. 정보를 사용하는 목적

수집한 정보는 다음 목적으로만 사용합니다.

  • 앱의 주요 기능이 정상적으로 작동하는지 확인
  • 촬영과 사진 저장 과정의 오류 파악
  • 기능별 이용 흐름과 사용성 개선
  • 문의 답변과 문제 해결
  • 서비스의 안전성과 신뢰성 유지

3. 외부 서비스

Google Firebase Analytics

앱 사용 분석은 Google LLC가 제공하는 Firebase Analytics로 처리합니다. 정보는 Google의 서비스 운영 지역에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

Tally

문의 양식은 벨기에의 Tally BV가 제공합니다. Tally는 제출된 문의 내용, 이메일과 첨부 파일을 유럽연합 내 서버에 저장할 수 있습니다.

warm.snap은 개인정보를 처리하는 외부 서비스가 해당 서비스의 개인정보 보호정책과 관련 법령에 따라 정보를 보호하는 경우에만 이를 사용합니다.

4. 정보 보관과 삭제

사진과 위치 메타데이터

촬영한 사진과 사진에 포함된 위치 메타데이터는 사용자의 기기에 보관됩니다. 사용자가 사진 보관함에서 직접 확인하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

warm.snap 운영자는 해당 사진과 위치 메타데이터의 사본을 보관하지 않습니다.

Firebase Analytics

현재 Google Analytics 설정에 따른 보관 기간은 다음과 같습니다.

  • 이벤트 데이터: 2개월
  • 사용자 데이터: 14개월
  • 새로운 사용자 활동이 발생하면 사용자 데이터 보관 기간이 다시 계산될 수 있음

보관 기간이 끝난 데이터는 Google Analytics 정책과 설정에 따라 삭제됩니다. 특정 사용자를 식별하지 않는 집계 통계는 앱 개선 기록으로 더 오래 보관될 수 있습니다.

문의 정보

문의 내용과 이메일, 첨부 파일은 문의 확인과 답변에 필요한 기간 동안 보관합니다. 문의 처리가 끝나고 법적 보관 의무나 분쟁 대응 필요가 없으면 삭제합니다.

5. 사용자의 선택과 권리

사용자는 iOS 설정에서 카메라, 사진과 위치 권한을 언제든지 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. 위치 권한을 철회해도 위치 메타데이터를 제외한 사진 촬영 기능은 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.

앱을 삭제하면 해당 기기에서 이후의 Firebase Analytics 수집이 중단됩니다.

이미 수집된 분석 정보나 문의 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청하려면 warm.snap 문의 양식을 이용해 주세요.

Firebase Analytics 정보는 사용자 계정이나 이름에 연결되지 않습니다. 따라서 특정 기록을 확인하려면 앱 인스턴스를 구분할 수 있는 추가 정보가 필요하거나, 기술적으로 특정 기록을 식별하기 어려울 수 있습니다.

6. 개인정보 보호

warm.snap은 전송 과정의 암호화와 접근 제한 등 합리적인 보호조치를 적용합니다. 개인정보를 목적과 관계없는 용도로 사용하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

7. 개인정보처리방침 변경

앱 기능이나 정보 처리 방식이 달라지면 이 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 이 페이지의 시행일을 변경하여 알립니다.

This Privacy Policy explains how warm.snap handles information when you use the app or submit a support request. The app does not require account registration or sign-in.

1. Information processed by the app

Photos and the system photo library

Photos captured with warm.snap are processed on your device and saved to the system photo library.

The operator of warm.snap does not upload captured photos to a separate server or access them. The app only requests permission to add photos to the photo library.

If you enable iCloud Photos, captured photos may be synchronized through Apple services. This synchronization is controlled by your Apple account and device settings, and is not managed by the operator of warm.snap.

Location information

Your current location is added to a photo's metadata only when you enable the location metadata feature and grant iOS location permission.

Precise location is written to the photo only on your device. It is not sent to the operator of warm.snap or to Firebase Analytics.

Firebase Analytics may record whether the location feature was enabled and the result of saving location metadata as event states. Precise coordinates are not included.

App analytics information

warm.snap uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and the reliability of photo capture and saving.

The following information may be collected:

  • App launches, sessions, and screen interactions
  • Requests and results for camera, photo, and location permissions
  • Selection and changes of the Original and Everyday looks
  • Photo capture and saving results
  • Use of features such as aspect ratio, flash, and zoom
  • Capture failure stages and error codes
  • App version, device model and category, operating system version, and language
  • App instance ID and IDFV
  • Approximate location derived from an Internet Protocol address

Analytics information may be linked to an app instance or device identifier so that sessions and events from the same installation can be distinguished. It is not linked to your name, email address, or a user account.

warm.snap does not use the following Firebase Analytics features or practices:

  • Advertising identification through IDFA
  • Google Ads
  • Google Signals
  • Ad personalization
  • Remarketing
  • Tracking users across other apps or websites
  • Selling information to, or sharing it with, data brokers

Support form information

If you submit the warm.snap support form, the following information may be processed:

  • The type and content of your request
  • How you discovered warm.snap
  • An email address where you would like to receive a reply
  • Any screenshot or screen recording you choose to attach

The support form is provided outside the app through Tally. Before submitting an attachment, please hide any personal information such as photos, names, or locations that is not necessary for the request.

2. How information is used

Collected information is used only to:

  • Confirm that the app's core features work properly
  • Identify errors in photo capture and saving
  • Improve feature usage flows and usability
  • Respond to support requests and resolve issues
  • Maintain the safety and reliability of the service

Collected information is not used for advertising or remarketing.

3. Third-party services

Google Firebase Analytics

App analytics are processed through Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC. Information may be processed in locations where Google operates its services.

Tally

The support form is provided by Tally BV in Belgium. Tally may store submitted request content, email addresses, and attachments on servers located in the European Union.

warm.snap uses third-party services that protect information under their applicable privacy policies and data protection laws.

4. Retention and deletion

Photos and location metadata

Captured photos and any location metadata contained in them remain on your device. You can view or delete them directly in the system photo library.

The operator of warm.snap does not retain a copy of these photos or their location metadata.

Firebase Analytics

The current Google Analytics retention settings are:

  • Event data: 2 months
  • User data: 14 months
  • The user-data retention period may reset when new user activity occurs

Data is deleted according to Google Analytics policies and settings when the applicable retention period expires. Aggregated statistics that do not identify a specific user may be retained longer as a record for improving the app.

Support information

Request content, email addresses, and attachments are retained only for as long as needed to review and respond to the request. They are deleted after the request has been resolved unless retention is required by law or reasonably necessary to address a dispute.

5. Your choices and rights

You can change or revoke camera, photo, and location permissions at any time in iOS Settings. If you revoke location permission, you can continue taking photos without location metadata.

Deleting the app stops future Firebase Analytics collection from that device.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of previously collected analytics or support information, use the warm.snap support form.

Firebase Analytics information is not linked to a user account or name. Additional information that distinguishes the relevant app instance may therefore be required, and it may not always be technically possible to identify a specific record.

6. Protecting information

warm.snap applies reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transmission and access restrictions. Personal information is not sold or used for purposes unrelated to those described in this policy.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when app features or information-handling practices change. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date on this page.
